We manage the ins and outs of your hotel block on a daily basis so you don’t have to. Our Account Services team studies your event’s booking patterns, past and present, working to ensure the necessary rooms are available for your participants. Equipped with essential reporting tools and access to real-time inventory tracking, your Account Executive will make precise, informed decisions and craft creative solutions in managing your room blocks – ultimately contributing to the overall growth of your event.

We are no strangers to complex events with high-profile participants. The Exhibitor & Group Analyst department will study your event’s booking history to determine the best way to capture key groups and individuals within your block. We will provide them with a personal contact for reliable management, special requests, last minute changes and everything in-between, ensuring that your most important contributors have the highest level of service. And don't worry...we know how important your staff members are as well!

Marketing is all about getting your message to the right people, at the right time. At onPeak, our Marketing Account Managers work closely with your team to outline a strategic plan, ensuring that your event accommodations are front and center. Our collaborative efforts assist in getting the housing message integrated in all the right places, increasing timely exposure and awareness of your official hotel block.

Our role doesn’t end once the hotels have been contracted and that’s why we take great pride in offering elevated customer support. Our in-house contact center team is comprised of friendly, knowledgeable representatives who genuinely care about the customer’s experience. Our team uses state-of-the-art equipment: making it easy to access event details, answer questions, and modify reservations in real time.
